Sober Saturday Livestreams:



Sober Saturday livestreams are for everyone --- you need not be on a sober journey. You can also consider it as a basic routine, weekly maintenance for your central nervous system. It could also become a part of your spiritual practice if you are of that bent. 


This weekly Saturday livestream consists of gentle, beginner-friendly restorative yoga, followed by a body scan meditation that draws from the rotation of consciousness in the yoga nidra tradition. It's designed for ultimate nervous system soothing. It's simply called "sober Saturday" because it's what Jennifer does to help her maintain her sobriety. However, it's also a welcoming, safe space for quiet reflection, with no comments or chat, just a free immersion in relaxation for your body and mind, a chance to introduce your nervous system to a kinder reality and facilitate the right neurobiological conditions for healing to occur.
